I don't like playing the lone female card ... however, it was so refreshing to walk into a car dealership and be treated with professionalism and courtesy. Chris Goodge was a breath of fresh air and many other sales executives would do well to emulate him, I wasn't patronised, treated like an idiot or subjected to 'over-friendly' banter. Chris was professional and polite ... he didn't blag the answers to any of my questions, if he didn't know the answer he went and found out, nor was he pushy on any of the extras available. And, the coffee was good quality and plentiful!
Part 2 - 'The Handover Experience' is to follow next week, I have high hopes.
